The Discipleship Ministry is established to help people grow and mature in their relationship with the Lord. It pairs men with men, and women with women, in a one-on-one relationship. The partnership consists of one who is mature in their walk with the Lord, paired with a newer believer. The two talk and share their lives in such a way as to encourage one another to continue to grow and mature as a believer.

Material is provided that will strengthen the growth of a person no matter where they are in their spiritual journey. It uses a 13-lesson study which covers the basics of Christianity. It is designed to help each person grow in Christ, then pass it on by discipling others.
